The US Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) has released the “Intelligence Community Directive 126: Implementation Procedures for the Signals Intelligence Redress Mechanism under Executive Order 14086 which establishes, on the US side, the EU-US draft privacy framework. This Directive governs the handling of redress complaints regarding certain signals intelligence activities, as required by Sections 3(b) and 3(c)(i) of Executive Order 14086″. The quoted press release of the ODNI refers to the qualifications needed for the complaints to be lodged, their processing, and also the support the Office can offer to  to the U.S. Data Protection Review Court as appropriate.
