Bio

Dr. Ludovic Tirelli is a lawyer practicing advice and litigation in Switzerland and abroad.

SBA specialist in criminal law, he has extensive experience in conflict resolution and criminal defense of individuals and companies in complex areas such as international criminal law, economic criminal law, cybercrime, intellectual property and pleads before Swiss and foreign courts. His current practice focuses on international criminal proceedings, economic and in connection with new technologies, the fight against economic crime, and money laundering.

Dr. Ludovic Tirelli is recognized for his expertise in cybercrime and criminal defense in international cases. Co-founder of datalex in 2018, Ludovic Tirelli acts as an experienced legal advisor for complex local and transnational issues for private and public organizations. He publishes contributions in reference works and regularly gives lectures in Switzerland and abroad. Involved in the Institute for the Fight against Economic Crime (ILCE), he is a lecturer in a Master’s program in this field.
