Luca Egitto

Bio

Luca Egitto is an expert in intellectual and industrial property, IT, data privacy and commercial law.

Luca advises clients operating in the entertainment, sport, IT and e-commerce business. His main focuses are technology, branding, anti-counterfeiting and personal data protection.

He lectures at Istituto Tecnico Superiore per le Tecnologie dell’Informazione in Torino and Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milano and he is a research fellow at the Information Society Law Center of the University of Milano (UNIMI):

Luca published articles and contributions in the Journal of Information, Law and Technology (UK), World Sports Law Report (UK), Computer Law Review International (DE) and Il Sole 24 Ore.

A member of the International Trademark Association, he is part of the Anti Counterfeit Committee of INTA, where he deals with blockchain anti-counterfeiting applications.

He is a member of Itechlaw and a Data Protection Officer UNI 11697:2017.
