is a Swiss qualified lawyer specializing in new technologies, data protection, contract law, digital health, and innovation.

As a recognized Swiss certified privacy professional (CIPP/E), he advises and assists companies by offering practical solutions, training, and conferences, particularly in relation to data protection compliance under Swiss laws (DPA), European (GDPR), and other ex-US privacy laws and cross-border projects. He negotiates and drafts contracts for SMEs and small multinationals. He is also a regular lecturer in French and English, gives training and seminars to SMEs and institutions, and teaches at the HE-Arc of Neuchâtel in the course of law of new technologies in the Bachelor’s program.
