Luis Claudio Allan, founder and CEO, had just left an executive career managing PR programs for clients in the technology, internet and telecom industries, such as Ericsson, Portugal Telecom, Alcatel, Diamond Cluster and StarMedia, the first Latin American internet company to be listed in NASDAQ. He had joined StarMedia team as communications director and then worked at ITC Ventures, a LATAM startups accelerator.
After creating and reinforcing a vast network with the IT industry and with journalists specialized in technology, business, marketing, financial and others areas, Luis Claudio created FirstCom, a boutique PR agency with a strong digital DNA.
FirstCom has already designed and implemented PR programs for multinational companies, such as Apple, Palm, Gemalto, Atomico, Truecaller, Return Path, Skyscanner, Momondo, Adyen, LevelUp! Games, Rovio, Zoomin.TV, SamyRoad, Clear Channel, among others. The agency also served prominent Brazilian companies, including Buscapé, Nubank, Movile, AG2 Publicis, A5 Internet, ACE, Bossa Nova, SP Ventures, Cadastra, Apontador, Agronow, PayU, Webmotors and iCarros.
