Providing this information is necessary to facilitate the event and will only be used by Ydès and PrivacyRules for organisational purposes, including:

• To update you on any change in the event schedule and to send event reminders
• To facilitate the registration and controls for a smooth entry process.

If you are interested, we will also ask for your explicit consent to process the above data for marketing purposes. If you agree, please tick the box on the registration form. If you do not want your data to be used for marketing purposes, simply do not tick the relevant box.

By providing us with marketing consent, you give us and our event sponsors (MLex, Henchman) permission to contact you with information about our services and to invite you to future events. Sharing this information with our sponsors helps us to organise more free events like the one you are registering for.
