Isabel Davara is an Attorney at law in Mexico and Spain and Partner and Founder of Davara Abogados, a specialised legal boutique in information and communication technologies. Isabel’s expertise is on privacy and data protection; electronic signature, document and evidence; and telecommunications.

She is CIPP/E/US & CIPM certified and a member of the IAPP Publications Advisory Board, American Bar Association, American Chamber of Commerce in Mexico (Leader of Data Privacy Taskforce), International Bar Association, Mexican Bar Association, Mexican Internet Association, Spanish Bar Association, and the Information Accountability Foundation. She is also the author and co-author of more than fifteen books, more than 100 specialised papers and essays.
