Jihong Chen

Bio

Mr. Chen has been practicing since 1996, his specialties cover but not limited to cybersecurity and personal information protection, intellectual property, telecommunication compliance, etc.

Mr. Chen serves as the Deputy Chairman of IT/High-Tech Committee of China National Bar Association, the Chairman of Technology and Big Data Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association, honor professor at China University of Political Science and Law, etc.

Mr. Chen has greatly participated in legislation making related to cybersecurity and data protection, the insights and research of Mr. Chen have been reported and published by Xinhua News, People’s Daily and key law reviews. In recognition of the contribution of Mr. Chen in data protection and privacy practice, he has been awarded:
